Own donor servicing SLAs (Service Level Agreements): acknowledgments, receipts/ORs, inquiries,

updates.

• Execute donor journeys: welcome, upgrade/renewal, lapsed-winback, monthly giving.


• Coordinate newsletters, impact stories, and thank-you touchpoints with the FCD Manager


• Support Sponsor A Dream renewals and corporate stewardship.


• Assist with donor events/briefings; collect testimonials and case stories.


• Handle sponsorship requests and community engagement initiatives in MIMAROPA and Region 9.
