HR Manager

Handles all HR related concerns of operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary point of contact for the HR concerns of each account
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Assist employees with related HR matters.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Work closely with Security Agency for all Security Incidents/Issues on ALL sites.
Work closely with Manpower Agencies on all issues and renewal of contract.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
HR Sub-group: Labor Relations/Compliance
1. Ensure HR programs and policies are communicated and roleld out per business unit and 100% compliance is achieved.
2. Employee relations (cases) and labor relations of the business unit.
3. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
4. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs ans policies.
5. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
6. Process Government Documents (Business Permits, Certificate of Good Standing, etc.)
PERSONAL PROFILE:
A graduate of HR or any Business Course
With minimum of 10 years work experience
Good Analytical Skills
Computer Literate
Must possess above average Oral and Written Communication Skills both in English and Filipino.
Must be able to deal with all levels of personnel within the organization.
Must have strong personality and can handle pressure at all times.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
