HR Assistant – Performance Management

The HR Assistant – Performance Management is responsible for supporting the end-to-end performance evaluation process of the organization. This includes monitoring monthly employee evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of appraisal forms, validating performance data, and assisting in the processing of regularization requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the submission of monthly employee performance evaluations across all departments.
- Maintain and update performance monitoring logs, trackers, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding missing, late, or inconsistent evaluation entries.
- Assist in analyzing performance data and preparing summary reports for HR management.
- Ensure that all requirements for employee probationary evaluation and regularization are completed on time.
- Consolidate and validate probationary evaluation results before endorsement for approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or employee relations (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
