About the role

This is a full-time HR Manager position with Super Candy Corporation, located in Caloocan City Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions within the organization and supporting the business in achieving its people goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  2. Developing and implementing HR policies, processes and strategies to support the company's objectives
  3. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  4. Managing the HR team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services
  5. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address people-related challenges

What we're looking for

  1. Significant HR management experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced, commercial environment
  2. Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
  3. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  5. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  6. Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
