Senior Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to provide support with the following responsibilities:
- Managing client's calendar
- Assist with file archives
- Correspond directly with clients and third parties on client's behalf
- Book travel arrangements
- Administrative work such as preparing and sending of invoices to clients
- Special ad hoc projects
- Attend meetings and assist with follow-up items
- Assist with establishing processes and procedures for Innexa
- Provide information to tax preparer and other service providers
- Assist with following up with clients and prospective clients
- Must be amenable to work in a US shift (9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST) or somewhere close to those hours with the ability to extend hours or work after normal schedule for urgent matters.
- Previous experience supporting C-Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong command for English with stellar written and oral communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload based on urgency
- Professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft suite (including excel and power point) and driven
- Detail oriented
- Personable and ability to connect and build rapport with clients
- Self starter, takes initiative, and ability to work independently
