This role combines customer support, proactive lead generation, and closing sales opportunities to help drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (social media, online platforms, databases).
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.

Sales:

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, lead generation, and/or sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
