Entry Level Position/ Customer Service Assistant/ Admin

This role combines customer support, proactive lead generation, and closing sales opportunities to help drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels (social media, online platforms, databases).
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Sales:
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, lead generation, and/or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
