Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Admin with prior customer service experience to handle
client interactions, support administrative processes, and ensure smooth coordination across
departments. The role involves responding to customer queries, monitoring SLAs, maintaining
accurate records, and assisting with compliance documentation.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
(preferred).
● Proven customer service experience (at least 1–2 years in a similar role).
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM or ticketing systems
is a plus.
● Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Accept and respond to incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients.
● Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when necessary.
● Maintain and update customer databases, records, and support documentation.
● Support the preparation and submission of documents for regulatory compliance.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Service Centers, etc.) to resolve
customer concerns in a timely manner.
● Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the customer support
team

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
