Responsibilities

Front Desk

  • Manage calls, emails, and inquiries; route to the right staff.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle courier, deliveries, mail, and visitor logs.
  • Keep reception area presentable.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Draft letters, memos, and reports.
  • Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Provide support for trainings and company events.
  • Coordinate repairs and upkeep of office equipment.

Operations & Liaison

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and service providers.
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and government documents.
  • Basic understanding of Philippine government processes and documentation requirements is necessary.
  • Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.

Accounting Support

  • Record/log transactions in manual books of accounts
  • Basic data entry skills are required for accounting support duties.
  • Facilitate bank and local government unit's payments
  • Communicate with vendors on billing and payment matters
  • Assist in preparation and submission of documents to BIR and other local government units as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 experience in admin, receptionist, or office support.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, courteous, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
