What you'll be doing
- Provide first-line support and determine the best solutions to address user needs
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
- Suggest improvements to IT processes and procedures to enhance the overall user experience
What we're looking for
- 1years of experience in an IT service desk role
- College undergraduate also accepted
- BPO experience is preferred but not required
