- Manage HRIS accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Process payroll, prepare 13th month pay reports, and respond to employee inquiries about compensation
- Coordinate employee loans, manage government contributions, and maintain confidential HR information
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business-related course
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Compensation and Benefits, is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
