Description- Reviews employee time-in and time-out, and extracts data if needed from the System for payroll processing.
- Coordinates with ICT Department for any problems of biometrics that may arise from time to time.
- Compiles and keeps payroll and government remittances files.
- Computes and releases of last/separation pay for separated employees.
- Endorse quitclaim to the separated employees for signature.
- Reports separated employees to the SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BDO.
- Assist the new employee in getting the TIN through BIR online system.
- Coordinates with the SSS and Pag-ibig for loan processes and remittances.
- Coordinates with Philhealth for remittances and benefits claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or any related course.
- With 1 year of solid experience in specialized HR (Compensation & Benefits and Payroll)
- With knowledge in Compensation & Benefits Skills; HR System and Databases; HR Best practices.
- Excellent in Compensation and Benefits Computation, communication (verbal and written).
