We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Autokid Subic Trading Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all compensation and benefits related activities are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

About the Job

The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for performing tasks such as:

  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Reviewing employee time-in and time-out, and extracting data if needed from the System for payroll processing.
  • Compiling and keeping payroll and government remittances files.
  • Computing and releasing of last/separation pay for separated employees.
  • Reporting separated employees to the SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BDO.
  • Assisting new employees in getting the TIN through BIR online system.
  • Coordinating with the SSS and Pag-ibig for loan processes and remittances.
  • Coordinating with Philhealth for remittances and benefits claims.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in specialized HR (Compensation & Benefits and Payroll)
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Skills; HR System and Databases; HR Best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
