
Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals. They will also pursue leads via phone and email as assigned by management, collaborate with internal departments to support file processing, and record sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management accurately.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
