A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is sought to join a growing team that helps businesses provide outplacement services to employees undergoing job transitions. The company's goal is to offer support to people who are transitioning out of their current roles, which aligns with the mission of providing career transition services.
You will work with a list of warm leads, initiating outreach and setting up conversations between prospects and senior sales consultants. This requires excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients and foster trust in the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities- Contact warm leads via phone and email to set meetings, ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Track all activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools, fostering data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with account executives for effective lead handoff, promoting seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates and continuously evaluate and improve outreach strategies.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or appointment setting, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and good organizational habits, enabling efficient management of sales pipelines and streamlined workflows.
- Self-driven, empathetic, and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric approach to sales and business development.
- Interest in HR, career services, or employee support programs a plus, as it demonstrates alignment with the company's mission and values.
