The role of Sales Development Representative is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for highly motivated individuals who enjoy sales, are comfortable using technology, and have excellent communication skills.
This position involves working with leads who have expressed interest in business ownership via phone to set up appointments with franchise consultants to explore suitable business options. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using a dialer system.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact leads to schedule appointments with franchise consultants
- Document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details
- Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed
- Work collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's services to effectively communicate opportunities to leads
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience
- Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus
- Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM is a must
- Understanding of basic franchise concepts and terminology is a plus
- Neutral accent is a must as this is a client-facing role
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in using a dialer system for outbound calls
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
