Job Title: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging clients in presenting relevant product solutions that align with the bank's growth objectives and goals. You will facilitate virtual account opening processes, ensuring seamless and compliant client onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage DAO and VAO clients to present relevant product solutions through sales programs, engagements, virtual meetings or online appointments based on client needs and service requests
  • Process account openings of straight-through VAO fallouts and ensure all KYC and documentary requirements are complete and properly safekept or stored
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients as required, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are performed
  • Endorse applications to appropriate business units for processing and close monitor and provide regular updates on clients' account openings or product applications
  • Promote enrollment and active usage of the bank's digital channels and platforms, enhancing client convenience and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related courses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Knowledge of sales management processes, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with the bank's products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport and identifying financial needs
  • Cross-selling and customer service skills
  • Probing and spotting opportunities; skill in uncovering needs of clients during conversations
  • High level of integrity; Reliable and trustworthy; Takes accountability
  • Possesses good work ethics and positive attitude and behavior
