Sales Development Representative
About This OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team.
This role requires leveraging expertise in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, as well as advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required. What's more important is your ability to communicate effectively with potential B2B clients and provide them with the value proposition of our products/services clearly and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and research prospects across target industries using B2B sales strategies
- Outbound Engagement: Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
- Presentation: Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools
- Alignment: Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
- Feedback: Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- KPIs: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential B2B clients
- Customer Feedback: Capture and report customer feedback to inform future outreach strategies
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
- Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Languages: Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
