Lead Development Specialist

This role involves identifying potential clients through targeted research and outreach to uncover business needs. The successful candidate will craft personalized emails, messages, and calls to introduce our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Identification & Research: Actively search for new business opportunities that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Develop and send customized emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and campaign guidance. Conduct targeted cold calls to key decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges and determine if our solutions are a good fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Arrange introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our sales team.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use sales tools, including CRM software and email automation platforms.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the marketing strategist and provide feedback on campaign messaging effectiveness.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our services, target industries, and best practices in sales development and outbound prospecting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive outreach.
    • Strong research skills to personalize outreach.
    • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
    • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet targets.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
    • Familiarity with custom software development services or related B2B technology solutions.
