We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our accelerated business growth in the APAC Region. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, executing standard research studies, and ensuring smooth and quality project execution from survey programming through delivery of data.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, attention to detail, openness and flexibility to change, and strong organizational and time-management skills. You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot table, vlookup) and PowerPoint.

  • Coordinate projects and execute standard research studies
  • Accurately transfer client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming team's use
  • Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents
  • Manage & update documents and materials across platforms
  • Liaise with other team members, programming and vendors to ensure progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays
  • Manage sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform
