  • Strategize & Innovate: Develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive long-term growth and profitability.
  • Network & Connect: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential clients to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with internal teams—creative, strategy, and account management—to craft compelling proposals and pitch winning ideas.
  • Analyze & Adapt: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to refine our approach and stay ahead of the game.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of identifying, closing, and growing strategic partnerships and client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to turn conversations into contracts.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and how brands can leverage them to win in the digital space.

  • A go-getter mindset with the agility to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.

Work Arrangements:

We have a hybrid setup, working from home most days, with one day per week in the Kapitolyo office. Some client visits may require more frequent travel.
