We are seeking a driven Customer Success Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and meeting sales targets, designing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Achieve consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Create and execute strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations on services to clients and internal teams.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales and billing requirements.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents.
- Implement successful LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve better results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- IT client-based experience is an asset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in LinkedIn Marketing.
- Proficient in office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Meet performance expectations.
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and other platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
