Required Skills and Qualifications:We're seeking an individual with:
- 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles within BPO/customer service environments
- 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience, showcasing excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proven track record in team development and coaching, with a focus on building strong, cohesive teams
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in performance management and metrics tracking, with a keen eye for analysis and improvement
- Background in virtual team management (desired)
