  • Responding to Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries via various channels, ensuring accuracy and speed.">
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with local management, colleagues, and clients to ensure requests are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.">
  • Quality Work and Results: Produce high-quality work, meeting or exceeding expectations, and ensuring fast turnaround times.">
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Use established procedures and escalation processes to resolve complex issues effectively.">
  • Tool Mastery and Knowledge Updates: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all tools and remain updated on products, policies, procedures, and operational issues.">
  • Attendance and Communication: Maintain regular attendance, adhere to scheduled shifts and breaks, and communicate effectively with staff managers.">
  • Quality Standards and Feedback: Ensure quality standards are met, identify potential issues, and provide feedback to staff managers for process improvements.">
  • Reporting and Meetings: Submit necessary reports and attend planned meetings as required.">
