Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SupportNinja. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via multiple channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Escalating complex issues to the relevant teams or subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role is required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should also have proficiency in using various software applications and IT troubleshooting tools. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver outstanding customer service is crucial.
