Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Shopee. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and processing claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed goods in transit.
Gather evidence to support claims, including pre-shipment videos and photos, and work closely with our WHOps and CCTV teams to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Collaborate with our Logistics, Payments, and Finance teams to ensure accurate filing of RTSParcels for claims and wallet adjustments.
Evaluate claim escalations and ensure proper resolution is reached by working closely with third-party service partners.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the status of claims, tracking progress in real-time.
Participate in developing strategies and executing tactical plans to drive business growth.
About the Role
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should have experience working with data to identify trends in claims and be proficient in Microsoft Office and GDox.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple claims simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
