Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented commercial real estate analyst assistant to collaborate with our clients on investment decisions. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on real estate databases, analyze the data, and provide detailed analyses explaining the findings.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  • Develop financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Support due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in Real Estate or related fields.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  • Analytical experience that enables independent thinking.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
