Property Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management. This role involves managing leasing activities, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
  • Maintain communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Experience in property management (residential or commercial)
  • Proficiency in software applications for property management, such as Yardi
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks
