Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day property operations and provide exceptional service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Communication: Develop effective communication strategies to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize property use, ensuring seamless experiences for tenants.
  • Lease Management: Monitor and enforce lease agreements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring tenant compliance.
  • Financial Management: Manage rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and property transactions with precision and timeliness.
  • Marketing and Tenant Acquisition: Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants, enhance property visibility, and drive business growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant U.S. laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of property management.
  • Vendor and Payroll Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and process payroll for maintenance technicians accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure lease compliance.
  • Financial and Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions.
  • Marketing and Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Vendor and Payroll Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, excel, with strong attention to detail in all tasks.
