We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Property Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Investment Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding qualified clients through every stage of the property investment journey.

Job Description:

The Investment Property Sales Specialist will work closely with our marketing, property, and backend teams to ensure that each client receives a tailored and seamless experience that supports their long-term goals.

  • Conduct Structured Introductory Consultations: Meet with warm leads to understand client goals, financial position, and readiness to invest in investment properties.
  • Present Tailored Opportunities: Present investment property opportunities and wealth-building strategies using relevant market data to educate clients on the benefits and risks of property investment.
  • Coordinate Client Progression: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate property recommendations and information to progress clients through each stage of the investment journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in investment property sales, real estate investment, or property advisory roles with a direct-to-client focus.
  • Strong Consultative Selling Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
