Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a Property Management Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions.

About the Job:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with tenants and addressing their inquiries, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing leases and ensuring tenant compliance, financial management including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable, marketing and advertising to attract new tenants, and ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with tenants and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Perform financial management tasks including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations related to property management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with property management software and technology.
