About the Role:

This critical position plays a pivotal role in the success of our expansive property portfolio. We seek an organized and assertive individual with exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Handle tenant communication, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure timely response to inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, including lease renewals, maintenance requests, and rent collection.
  • Tenant Management:
    • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including thorough inventory checks and condition reports.
    • Process rent payments, issue late notices as needed, and enforce lease agreements.
  • Maintenance:
    • Oversee vendor work assignments, ensure timely completion, and manage billing for repairs and maintenance.
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote properties and foster community engagement.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
