Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and selling PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to achieve business objectives.

You will execute targeted and purposeful commercial activities to drive and achieve Commercial KPIs such as volume, distribution, and collection targets. Additionally, you will understand Retail & LAS profiles to have a holistic view of their customer journey, recommend, and implement demand generation initiatives/programs that are fit for the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with retailers and promote PMFTC products to drive growth and revenue.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School graduate (College graduate, preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage
  • With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
  • Should be comfortable to ride a panel truck / L300 (closed van)
