We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our hospitality sales team, you will be the first point of contact for hospitality businesses exploring our solutions.

Your role will focus on engaging and qualifying warm inbound leads through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

  • You will act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from various channels such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, product trials, and events.
  • You will qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring smooth handover to Account Executives.
  • You will manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-up until they're sales-ready.
  • You will partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness.
  • You will build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, customer pain points, and competitive trends to better guide prospects.
  • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and contribute to team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify Leads: Identify and prioritize high-quality leads that align with our hospitality solutions.
  • Nurture Leads: Build relationships with potential customers through regular communication and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and other internal teams to drive sales growth and improve lead quality.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to effectively guide prospects.
