
Business Development Representative

The role of an Appointment Setter is a critical position within our organization.
Key responsibilities include making outbound cold calls to prospects, using provided contact lists to promote our services and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership to discuss potential business opportunities.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets to refine sales strategies.
- Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure maximum conversion rates.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of one to three years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales is required, as well as experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
Tech-savvy individuals with expertise in using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs will be preferred.
Candidates should be able to handle a high call volume with discipline and resilience, while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
A clear and coherent written and verbal communication style is essential for introducing our company's value proposition and establishing positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
