As a Business Development Officer, you'll be a key player in driving company growth. Working directly with the CEO, you'll align business development strategies with our vision, mission, and objectives. Your role includes market research, targeted outreach, and creating tailored sales strategies for key sectors. Acting as the subject matter expert, you'll schedule impactful appointments, engage with clients, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Your proficiency in profiling strategic accounts will be pivotal, and your responsibilities extend to attending events, developing sales plans, and presenting reports to the CEO.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Previous experience working closely with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Track record of effectively conducting market research and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of call center operations, outsourcing industry trends, and customer service principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing sales data.

  • Aptitude for attending industry events, networking, and representing the company professionally.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients within the travel & hospitality, gig economy, on-demand services, retail & e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, and healthcare sectors.
  • Create target prospect lists and develop strategies to penetrate key accounts.
  • Reach out to prospects generated by various outside sources and respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with the CEO to align business development strategies with the company's vision, mission, and set goals and objectives.
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email, acting as the subject matter expert on the company's service offerings and solution development skills.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads, identify qualified opportunities, and provide appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans that cater to the specific needs of companies in travel & hospitality, gig economy, on-demand services, retail & e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, and healthcare.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and identifying start-ups and growing companies in the travel & hospitality, gig economy, on-demand services, retail & e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, and healthcare sectors.
  • Track and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends within the travel & hospitality, gig economy, on-demand services, retail & e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, and healthcare sectors.
  • Present comprehensive reports to the CEO on strategic business development progress, market trends, and potential growth areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the call center or BPO industry.
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, business development, or related areas are preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking, with a proven ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering persuasive sales presentations, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
