Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they interact with us.
  • Handle High-Volume Client Inquiries with Precision: Manage a large volume of client calls (50-100 daily), answering questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with legal experts for consultations.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
