We are seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Development Lead to oversee our end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

This role will involve coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions. If you have experience in managing complex tenders and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of compliant, compelling proposals that meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with technical experts (architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors) to ensure proposal content is accurate and meets evaluation criteria.
  • Oversee the technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
