Key Responsibilities- Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about Neksjob's products and services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with excellent communication skills
- With or without BPO experience; we welcome candidates from various backgrounds
