Customer Support Specialist with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to support our team and ensure a seamless customer experience at Talentsource. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in communication.
The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating projects, and handling scheduling tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Support
• Efficiently manage and resolve inbound customer support tickets, addressing issues promptly and accurately.
• Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback on their experience with affiliated merchants.
Project Management
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure the team remains on task, tracking progress to meet deliverables.
Scheduling & Coordination
• Organize the team's schedule, handle meeting coordination, attend meetings as a note-taker, and compile meeting summaries & action items.
Ad Hoc Tasks
• Take on miscellaneous tasks that arise during the day, streamlining workflows for you and the team.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess multiple years of experience in customer support or virtual assistant roles, strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and experience with scheduling tools, project management software, and customer support platforms. Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), US Eastern Hours is required.
