Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Fluent in Spanish Language
  • Good to excellent English and Spanish communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and operation
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer's concern
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Ability to adapt in a flexible schedule
  • Healthcare background is a good to have, but not must have
