Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Fluent in Spanish Language
- Good to excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and operation
- Ability to analyze and solve customer's concern
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt in a flexible schedule
- Healthcare background is a good to have, but not must have
