Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Neksjob in Cebu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products or services, showcasing excellent product knowledge.
- Handle complaints in a polite and courteous manner, empathizing with customers' concerns.
Requirements:
- Senior High School graduate (new curriculum) or 4 semesters of college completion.
- Prior call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- A financial background can be an asset in this role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken business English is essential.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills, along with problem-solving abilities, are required.
- Excellent active listening skills will enable you to effectively communicate with customers.
- Willingsness to work onsite in the Cebu location.
