
Executive Support Professional

As a Strategic Executive Assistant, you will act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to senior leadership.
Representing the DGO in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions is crucial to driving business outcomes.
Monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts to optimize team performance.
Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decision making.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to establish clear guidelines for team members.
Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion, utilizing project management tools to maintain accountability.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.
Draft high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates, to keep stakeholders informed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles
- Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments
- Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results
- Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish
- Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion
- Mid-senior level role with opportunities for growth and professional development
- Contract employment type with flexibility in scheduling and workload
