Senior Debt Recovery Specialist

As a seasoned debt recovery specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring timely payments.
About This Role- At least 9 months of experience in international accounts collection is required.
- You must be proficient in using dialer technology.
- Proven account management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service orientation, are required.
- Work from home arrangement with reliable internet access (Cable or Fiber) is mandatory.
- Computer specifications: at least 2.0 GHz Processor, 8 GB of RAM, 80 GB HD space with 20GB available storage.
- Available USB Port, USB Headset (combo Mic and Headset with noise-canceling).
- Hardwired into the PC/Laptop.
