Job Title: Online Reputation

This entails tracking and engaging with conversations on social media platforms like Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant sites.

You will be required to draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews, ensuring a consistent tone and style that aligns with our brand values.

Additionally, you will need to escalate sensitive issues to internal leadership before responding, and generate reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.

This role demands strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as experience with ORM tools like Sprout Social or Brandwatch.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our online reputation.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.

Your portfolio should showcase your ability to develop and implement effective ORM strategies, as well as your knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
