Collections Specialist Role Summary:

The Collections Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers to negotiate the collection of outstanding accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications

About This Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with client care team members to find solutions for customers and ensure timely resolution of overdue accounts. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build rapport with customers, ask questions, and carry on conversations to understand their needs.

You will work closely with our Technical Team to ensure your computer setup is properly configured for your first day. If there's a fit, you'll be scheduled for an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a background check and verification of your identity and work-from-home setup.
