About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Collections Specialist position.

This individual will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.

About You
  • At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts is required.
  • A proven track record of using dialers is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated account management experience.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good customer service orientation, are must-haves for this role.
Requirements:
  • Operating System - Windows 11 or later is the minimum requirement.
  • Processor - A 2.0 GHz processor or Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or dual-core equivalent is necessary.
  • Memory (RAM) - 8 GB RAM is the minimum requirement.
  • Storage - A hard drive space of at least 80 GB, with at least 20 GB of free space available, is necessary.
  • USB Ports & Peripherals - One available USB port and a USB headset with noise-canceling feature are required.
  • Internet Connection - Access via cable or fiber only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, is necessary. The internet connection must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop.
