As a seasoned project professional, we are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. This role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager, serving as a secondary client contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
