ERP Customization and Integration Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ERP customization and integration to drive business success. As an ERP Customization and Integration Expert, you will be responsible for customizing and integrating the ERP system to align with our business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customize the ERP system to meet the specific needs of different departments and business processes
  • Develop and implement custom modules, workflows, and reports within the ERP system
  • Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ERP system
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Document customizations, integrations, and configurations for future reference and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customizing and integrating ERP systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and ERP framework
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other ERP systems and business applications
  • Knowledge of API integration and third-party services
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
