Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the full lifecycle of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Assess clients' existing processes; identify gaps; and design optimized workflows leveraging Intuit solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, client executives, and Intuit product specialists to align business objectives, establish clear milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in software or ERP implementations.
  • Direct experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Intuit Enterprise Suite is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, inventory management, and payroll processes.
