ERP Implementation Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional with a unique blend of accounting expertise, technical acumen, and project management skills to oversee end-to-end client implementations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation, as well as strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analyze client business processes and configure solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define implementation plans and timelines.
  • Own and manage client implementations from start to finish.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate and reconcile large data sets from various systems.
  • Facilitate connections in the customer's environment with integration partners.
  • Guide clients through system integration and user training.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
